Billouth was a sergeant in the Banith City Watch serving under Captain Karien'el. As Karien'el's main extortionist and strongarm, he was a familiar figure to the residents of the city's waterfront. He had unshaven jowls and wore a studded leather hauberk under a dark grey surcoat edged in blood red.
