Mish'al "Meesh" Samman (ID 3973) is the Commanding Officer of the Saudi Arabian Outpost, part of the real-world 501st Legion costuming organization. His likeness, as drawn by Star Wars artist and author Jan Duursema, appears on the last page of Star Wars: Legacy 16: Claws of the Dragon, Part 3 as Captain Meeshal, an Imperial Officer under the direct command of Darth Stryfe.
