Tsuvai is an ancient mamodo, and one of the three Silent Rulers. His partner Divitto Cole is one of the only book Keepers controlled by Zofis who carries a weapon. Tsuvai looks like a large turtle with a spiked shell, which is the source of most of his attacks.
