Franken Bill is a boss in the game Borderlands, appearing in the Zombie Island of Dr Ned DLC. He is a zombie made from the body parts of both of Ned's dead assistants, Frank and Bill, hence the name (Frank 'n' Bill). He is also a reference to Frankenstein's Monster.
