Mamadou Ndiaye (born June 16, 1975) is the tallest highschool basketball player in the U.S. He is a native of Senegal and he has been cleared by the Southern Section to play the 2011-2012 season for Huntington Beach Brethren Christian. At just 17 years old he might also be the tallest teenager in the world. He is 7'5".
