At first, it looks like an ordinary piano, but when Mario, Wario, Luigi, or Yoshi get too close to it, the Mad Piano will attack and probably try to eat them. The Mad Piano can not be killed, so, just try to avoid it. However, The Mad Piano is protecting one of the eight red coins. So, to avoid the Piano, grab the invisible cap and it won't attack Mario, or the others.
