Rob Mitchell, a database administrator from Lutterworth, Leicestershire, was a contestant on series 14 of the UK version of the show on 25 October & 1 November 2003. He walked away with £32,000 after incorrectly answering his £500,000 question. He became only the second contestant, after Duncan Bickley, to lose £218,000 - which is the highest amount of money ever lost on the British version of the show.
