The Tunnel Gun was a super weapon built by the Zan Pirates. It was so massive it could fire a large missle with the ability to destroy a planet, halfway across the galaxy. It was destroyed by Luke Skywalker when he rescued his son, by firing it at 9KK which was extremely close to it. It overheated because of how close, causing it to self destruct.
