Commissar Viktor Durasov is a Russian soldier in Call of Duty: Finest Hour. He is seen in the beginning of the first level, "Not One Step Back", in the row boat carrying the player and other soldiers. He gives a speech to the soldiers, and even while the boat was being attacked by stukas, he still carried on with his speech. Like other commissars in the series (such as Letlev and Markhov), he rarely does any fighting on the front lines. In Durasov's case, he only fired shots at deserters and urged his troops to advance.
