The Endless Sands is the first scenario in The Fiery Moon, the sixth part of Heroes Chronicles. While the necromancers had been defeated and the World Tree was safe, Vorr was still out there, and the rest of the Ancestors were nowhere to be seen. Tarnum decided to follow Vorr, and he could sense that the Mad Ancestor had fled northeast. Tarnum asked his wisest shaman, Wern, where Vorr had fled, but without the Ancestors, the shamans couldn't answer his questions.
