Darkon were born from Darkside Energy or rather from the Darkside Energy and Emotions of Caelestis' birth, they essentially became a race of their own and lived a life of servitude under those whom knew how to control them, when they were not needed on the physical plane they became Darkside Energy and joined with the Force causing much difficulty for the Jedi when using the Force.
