Quinling (pronounced KIHN-lihng) was an old woman living in Princes' Heights. She was originally from Yanjing, from the same province than Evumeimei Dingzai. Thus she spoke Zhanzou, Evvy's native language, and they sometimes talked in it. She only appears in Street Magic.
