Wisp Stalk Caps come from Wisp Stalks, a type of fungi found only in natural cave formations, mines, and sometimes even in the depths of Akaviri fortresses. Wisp Stalk Caps are often considered the bread and butter of any novice poisoner as they are one of few ingredients useful to Novice-level alchemists in the creation of Damage Health poisons. They are also one of only two ingredients used in the creation of Fortify Speed potions, the other being the Pear. However, as both ingredients also yield a negative effect, only Expert-level alchemists can create a 'clean' Fortify Speed potion.
