Sesshu (lit. Intake) is a technique created by Naraku shortly before his death. It is a spcial trait inside the DNA that gives the user the ability to drain energy from the target. It is used by creating a flow of energy between the user and the target. This technique was later made into a standard technique for all Demon Hunters, as shown by Hanzo. It has also shown to create large portals with a box like border, being able to move from area to area at astonishing speeds. The Jinno Shotoki have shown to have multiple members who utilize this ability, mostly those of a demonic nature.
