Andre Dupre was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Army. He was a native of the planet Sphinx, and grew a mustache. Holding the rank of Major, he served in the Queen's Own Regiment's Copper Walls Battalion and was assigned to Mount Royal Palace. (HH4)
