The 2011–12 MHL season was the third season of the Minor Hockey League. The league was divided into two conferences, with two eight-team divisions in each conference. The top four teams from each division qualified for the playoffs. Omskie Yastrebi won the championship by defeating CSKA-Krasnaja Armija Moskva in the final.
