Professor Tomoe creates a new Daimon named Quiz who attacks a girl named Asako Misaki for her Pure Heart Crystal. The Daimon then revives several enemies defeated in the past by the Sailor Senshi: Garoben, Murid, Oniwabandana, Haikyun and Ryuax. The objective of the game is to defeat all the enemies and retrieve the Pure Heart Crystal Quiz stole.
