The Cult of Ul-thar was a cult of vampires that worshipped the Miracle Child, whose birth was foretold by the cult's Great Potentate, Ul-thar. They competed with a biker gang and the Lilliad Demons to take Connor from Angel, but Angel tricked them with a bomb, obliterating them all.
