Coldsteel Eye is a unique Cutlass from Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. Although not as damaging as fellow unique exceptional sword Bloodletter, Coldsteel Eye has the advantage of a faster Attack Speed. Coldsteel Eye slows and blinds enemies which may aid in escape if needed. Additionally, it has a 50% chance of inflicting a Deadly Strike, which causes doubled damage. Coldsteel Eye also has mana leech which is quite effective due to its very fast attack speed.
