Tang Soo Do is a fighting style that originated from Korea. It is the Korean pronuctation of "Tang Shou Tao", which translates into "Way of the Empty Hand", with the "Tang" in the name actually referring to the Tang dynasty. The style was promoted by Korean martial artist Hwang Kee. This fighting style is used by Quan Chi in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, then by Havik in Mortal Kombat: Deception and Mortal Kombat: Armageddon.
