Commander Claudius Marcus Caecus was a Magna Roman Starfleet officer. In the year 2364, Caecus was serving as chief of security aboard the Federation starship USS Centurion when he demanded that Captain Jean-Luc Picard tell him where Captain Lucius Sejanus was located.
