Santa Claus is a protagonist of the 1964 movie Santa Claus Conquers the Martians. A jolly old man with a full beard and a red suit, Santa Claus lived at the North Pole with Mrs. Claus and his elves. In early December Santa and his elves would spend their time preparing for the holidays, busily creating new toys. Santa felt the traditional methods of making toys were the best. Then on Christmas he would head out to deliver toys, normally entering homes through the chimneys. One time he mistook the smokestack of an ocean liner for a chimney and only realized his mistake after he started down the smokestack. It became a favorite story he liked to share with others.
