The Extremely Mad Cow is similar but does not move and breathes fire until Bouapha pushes a clump of hay into it, which will make it turn into an Annoyed Cow (identical to a Mad Cow other than name). If the Extremely Mad Cow sets hay on fire, the hay will turn into a short-lasting flame that damages Bouapha. The graphics for these monsters were taken from the Gamelet Scarecrow: Heart of Straw.
