"Standing on Tiptoes" is an original Xin Hua song about a girl who's trying to reach her crush/lover within the city and moves against the crowd. Presumably, the title is conveying how she is standing on tiptoes to look for her crush among the crowd. One reoccurring theme in the song is the umbrella she carries around throughout the PV and in the last verse, she sings "我們之間 只能有一把傘的空位" which roughly translates to, "When we are together, we only take up the space of an open umbrella". This line also conveys how much she wants to be close to her crush.
