Sereille was not particularly strong in the One Power for a Sitter. In fact "The Wheel of Time Companion" describes her strength level as 21(9) , but despite it she became one of the most influential Aes Sedai in the last millennium, due to her fierce personality, morality, sternness, and severity. It is not known if she had some particular talent or ability linked to the One Power or if she bonded a Warder.
