Reclaimed water is water available for use after sewage treatment, perhaps to irrigate a golf course or some other use which does not require potable water. It was reported that in Big Spring, Texas an advanced treatment plant was being built by the Colorado River Municipal Water District which would produce "raw water" suitable for recycling into the district's water treatment plant.
