Bornstein was born in Van Nuys, California and is a professional magician and comedian beside his occupation as an actor. He has also worked occasionally as a stuntman and stunt actor. Beside his stand-up comedy appearances he visits U.S. Army troops and children hospitals to entertain them. He is married and has three children.
