Jesus rose from the grave. The hoodrat in question here has a tattoo on her lower back (a "tramp stamp") reading "Damn right he'll rise again." This can, of course, reference the second coming of Jesus Christ, but in the context of a tramp stamp, it may also refer to any male sex partner of hers, who, the stamp belligerently assures us, will "rise again" (i.e. become erect) for a second round of coitus due to the beauty and skill of the tramp. This kind of religious and sexual double-entendre is a trademark of Finn's and of his female characters.
