Elysium City is the capital city of the Federation colony on Elysium, and was founded in the 2220s following the establishment of the colony. In the late 2220s and 2230s, Willa McKinnies was one of the key architects who worked on the archtecture of the city. (TOS novel: Burning Dreams).
