The Race::1999 Pocono ARCA 200 was an ARCA Bondo/Mar-Hyde Series event held at Track::Pocono Raceway on June 19, 1999. Frank Kimmel gathered his first victory of the season, leading nearly half of the race in route to a comfortable two-thirds of a second victory over Matt Hutter, eventual season champ Bill Baird, and the rest of the field.
