Ben Stanley was a Navy SEALs operator and held the rank of Ensign, he was part of a diving operation into Santa Monica bay, during the MRUUV incident, in order to disarm MRUUV's bombs. Unfortunately he found a MRUUV device charged with a bomb and died in an explosion.
