The Devious is a villainous organization created by sovest555 for his fanfic, Makkura no Akumu, and after their defeat at the end of it, they reappear in Symbiotic Chronicles. They are one of the more confusing of evil organizations, usually engaging in anarchy for anarchy's sake when there is a lack of structure, and are usually pretty lax on ethics even when under some sort of command.
