__NOWYSIWYG__ The Recycle Shop is only found in My City. It's one of the first 3 buildings you see when you first visit My City. You sell parts there for half price. An example is the Panther engine. You can buy it from a Parts Shop for $180. You sell it at the recycle shop for $90. But be careful... you can't buy parts back from there.
