At first glance, Scattorshot seems like the sort of mech that would make you spring a leak if you encountered him on the battlefield. He's big, nasty, and is just as good at tactically plotting out destruction as he is at perpetrating it. But it turns out it's all a front to cover up the fact that he's petrified by the thought of social interaction. He hopes someday he'll gain enough confidence to interact with the other Autobots normally. Until then, he'll settle for blustering his way through any social encounters he can't avoid, in the hope of saving face.
