Tuug was a gorilla soldier in the ape army of General Thade and Colonel Attar. While part of the ape army camped in the desert near Calima, Tuug played cards with Marduk, but the game ended in a fight because Tuug had revealed to be a cheater by hiding cards up his leg sleeve. Attar arrived to break up their fight.
