Alpha-S-D-plasmid 2 was the technical name for a soft tissue necrosis that originated from Varusa Tertius. It was more commonly called "Varusan Crotch-rot", due to the distinctive location and form taken by the illness. Non-existent variants of the disease included Alpha-S-D-plasmid 3 and Alpha-S-D-plasmid 29.
