Explanatory note: This quest is not in the game HKO as of 2011 anymore. This entry describes a Beta-quest of 2008. Poppuru and Pichanz have been removed from the game HKO before release in 2009. There is a Piichans in Celestial Plain though, calling himself a "cookie pirat". You'll have to visit him for quests in Beijing way later on in the game of the current HKO-version of 2011.
