Carnival is a project in Civilization VI. It becomes available after building a Street Carnival district, which is available only to Brazil. A city must have a Street Carnival to undertake this project. It increases the city's File:Amenities6.png Amenities by 1 while underway. Each time it is completed, it yields Image:Engineer6.png Great Engineer, Image:Merchant6.png Great Merchant, Image:Writer6.png Great Writer, Image:Artist6.png Great Artist, and Image:Musician6.png Great Musician points.
