A Teamsters office is an infrastructure building in Tropico 5. It facilitates the transportation of resources around the island. Every island starts with one pre-built Teamsters Office and can never have any less than that. It is wise to put a teamster office next to each major supplier or producer (within reason) but have direct routes. If the teamsters take wool to a factory but another teamster office is on the route first, they will drop it off there, and wait for the second office to deliver it to the factory. This is much more complicated and far less efficient.
