A Secret Ultra Rare has the Secret Rare foil over the image, but has the Gold card name like an Ultra Rare. The only known cards for this type of rarity are apparently misprinted versions of the three Secret Rares: "Gaia the Dragon Champion" and "Tri-Horned Dragon" from the original Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon booster pack, as well as "Jinzo" from Pharaoh's Servant.
