F. Cadigan was the commander of the USM Valor and was charged with Operation: WHITE LIGHT. At some point after the USM Valor entered the Aegis Cluster, Isaac Clarke successfully launched a SOS beacon, which the Valor's crew immediately picked up on; en route to the USG Ishimura, they intercepted an escape pod launched from the Ishimura. He is described to be having brown hair, his eyes are round and black, he is taller than Isaac Clarke but a little bit thicker, his ethnicity is caucasian.
