Lukout had presumably been living on the Skyrock Mountains all her life, using the elevated outcrop to study space. At some point, the area became invaded by dinosaur ghosts from Dinotown. Witnessing the philosophers and poets fleeing, the brave Lukout decided to send for help, informing builders on their way to Monster World that there was trouble. When news reached her that the "Wonder Boy" was on his way, Lukout ventured out on her giant bird and picked him up from the edge of Monster World. She then returned with him to the Light Tower and showed him the staircase where dinosaurs came to attack. When a fight broke out between Shion and one of those dinosaurs, Lukout was forced to rescue a falling Shion by jumping after him and pulling out a magic handkerchief that allowed them to fly i
