When you start the mission, a tombstone appears. Destroy it to get the Pon Chaka song: Pon-Pon-Chaka-Chaka. This increases the power of the following command (attack or defense); depending on Patapon type, this can make the Patapon perform a different move. Then you fight Manboroth. Defeating it gives the Mysterious Egg of Manboth, which can be used at the Patagate.
