The families of the Nosaurian Separatists employed evacuation carriers in an attempt to reach the Cadgel Meadows spaceport to escape capture by the Galactic Empire in 19 BBY. Each vehicle carried about 16 passengers. They were tracked vehicles, leaving tracks the 501st Legion was able to follow. Decades later, similar vehicles were used to transport fuel tanks on Troska.
