Black Alaric's Cave is a cavern at the Sword Coast, in the Lighthouse area and north of the beacon itself. It holds the Manual of Bodily Health which is related to Safana's personal quest. The area around the entrance to the cave is claimed by Sil and her small tribe of sirines.
