Brain built a robotic cat in "Buster Baxter, Cat Saver" to prove that Buster couldn't save a cat if he was actually trying. It meows and shakes, but it is not known if it can move. The wind knocked it out of the tree and it broke open, revealing its inner mechanics. Brain later used some of its parts to build L.A.F., but he forgot to change the voice box so it could say more than meow.
