Sabui is a highly unenthusiastic individual, hailing from the shinobi village of Kumogakure. He is soft-spoken and dislikes people who get "fired up" easily, especially when these people are his opponents in combat. Despite his clear tactical strength, he hates fighting and prefers to end fights in as few attacks as possible in order to avoid dragged out conflict. Sabui has even been known to run away from fights that have dragged on for too long. He refers to such fights, or particularly flamboyant people, as ; in fact, it is his most common word to use.
