Despite being very powerful, it is bested by Hyper Hyper Hyper Beam, which is too Hyper compared to the other Beams below its level. However, Hyper Hyper Hyper Hyper Beam is even better. Hyper Hyper Beam can be learned by several Pokemon in the first stage of their evolutionary lines at the level of 90 such as Treecko and Mudkip. Like Hyper Beam, the Pokemon that used this move would have to rest the next turn but after using this move they'll have to wait for TWO turns. This move is usually good for finishing off the foe just in case if they have a planned strategy or as a last resort.
