T.R. Collins (a.k.a. "Jumbo") is a former B&E specialist, later turned to buying/selling stolen property and drugs, and lives in an airplane junk yard with his wife Fluffy. In 1986 Collins arranged through the pirate DJ Captain Hook to purchase eight kilos of drugs from smuggler Jackson Crane, but when the drugs were taken by Skip Mueller and his "pirates", they brought the drugs to Collins, but he was prepared for the double-cross the pirates planned, and escaped a shootout with the pirates, and left them holding the drugs and a bag of funny money.
