The Edgemont Nuclear Power Plant was a power facility in southern California. The plant targeted for a nuclear strike by Abu Fayed and Dmitri Gredenko with their fourth suitcase nuke. If the Edgemont facility had been successfully destroyed, up to half the population of California would have been killed. Gredenko tried to get the access codes from brothers Mark and Brady Hauser, but was captured in the process. Later, Jack Bauer recovered the suitcase nukes, and the threat to the power plant was avoided. ("Day 6: 8:00pm-9:00pm")
